Photo Rules

Answer

When uploading photos to your MLS listing, please follow these three essential rules:

  1. Front Exterior Requirement

    • Residential listings must include at least one photo showing the front exterior and visible front entrance.

    • This image does not have to be the primary photo.

  2. Photo Ownership & Permissions

    • You or your brokerage must own each photo or have written permission/license to use it.

    • This requirement applies to all images, including community and neighborhood photos.

  3. No Signage or Branding

    • Real estate signs are not allowed in listing photos.

    • Do not include frames, collages, or any enhancements that resemble branding or advertising.

    • Watermarks of any kind (brokerage, agent, or photographer) are prohibited, unless the text is strictly for location identification.
