What Is FlexMLS?
FlexMLS and Matrix are the two software systems that brokers choose for their office to access MLS data. The Broker would advise their new agents on which system to select upon joining the Board. Both systems are fully mapped and live, so there is no gap or lag between the two, and everything is functionally the same.

Steps
- Choose the MLS system selected by your broker when joining the Board.
- Use the assigned system to access MLS data for your office.
- Continue working in either system knowing both are fully mapped and live.
Both systems are functionally the same, and there is no gap or lag between them.
