How to Find & Access the Matrix MLS Icon

If you switched from FlexMLS to Matrix MLS and need to locate the Matrix icon on your dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Where to Find the Matrix Icon

• Log in to your Realtor Dashboard.
• Look for the Matrix MLS icon under your available tools.
• 
• If you do not see it immediately, the system may take up to an hour to update.

2. What to Do If the Matrix Icon Is Missing

✅ Try These Steps:

1. Log out of the Realtor Dashboard.
2. Log back in and check if the Matrix icon appears.
3. If you still don’t see it, contact BeachesMLS Support for assistance.

3. What Happens to Your FlexMLS Access?

• Once you switch to Matrix MLS, your FlexMLS account will be disabled.
• Clicking on the FlexMLS icon after the switch may show an "Account Disabled" message.

If you experience any issues, log out and back in and contact MLS support.

SideNote: Yes you can both Flex and Matrix.However there would be an additional charge to have access to both system.
