How to Log In to the FlexMLS Mobile App
Use the Flexmls for Real Estate Pros mobile app to sign in with your BeachesMLS credentials. This article walks you through installing the app, logging in, and resolving common sign-in issues.
Requirements
- A mobile device with access to the App Store or Google Play
- Your MLS Username (MLS_ID)
- Your MLS password
- FlexMLS access on your account
Steps
- Install the app. Open the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android and install Flexmls for Real Estate Pros.
- Open the app. Launch the Flexmls app on your phone.
- Enter your Flexmls username. Type your MLS Username (MLS_ID), then tap Next.
- Complete BeachesMLS Single Sign-On (SSO). You will be redirected to https://beachesmls.mysolidearth.com, which is the same login used for the BeachesMLS Dashboard (MyRealtorDash).
- Sign in. Enter your MLS Username and password, then click Login.
- Finish login. Approve the prompt to Open in Flexmls App. You will now be signed in to Flexmls.
Important: Do NOT include "FL." in your username.
Troubleshooting
Q: I only use Matrix and cannot log in.
A: If you only subscribe to Matrix and do not have Flexmls access, the Flexmls app login will not work. Flexmls access must be added to your account.
Q: I am stuck in a login loop.
A: Close the Flexmls app and your mobile browser completely, then reopen the app and try signing in again.
