As part of the MLS Common Backend conversion, some customized and historical items in Matrix will not automatically transfer to the new system.
Matrix Items That Will NOT Convert
The following Matrix items will not convert due to system architecture differences and legacy customization limits:
- Email history
- CMAs
- Custom exports
- Custom one-line displays
- Saved Hotsheets
- Saved MarketWatch
- Saved Stats
- Home page widget information
- Shopping Carts
What This Means for You
If you actively use any of the items listed above, you will need to recreate them after the conversion. The new Common Backend provides standardized tools that support similar functionality, but custom settings do not automatically carry over.
What You Should Do Before the Conversion
- Review your CMAs and save copies you may need for future reference
- Export or document custom exports you rely on regularly
- Take screenshots of custom one-line displays, widgets, and layouts
- Note your saved Hotsheets, MarketWatch, and Stats setups
- Review Shopping Carts and save listing details if needed

Do I need to take action if I don’t use these features?
No action is required if you do not rely on these items.
Who should I contact if something looks wrong after conversion?
