Use this article to access the upgraded Matrix system and review your saved searches after the MLS upgrade.
Overview
The upgraded Matrix system includes your imported Contacts and Saved Searches. Some saved searches may need review because certain fields changed during the upgrade.
When to Use This
- Use this article when you need to log in to the upgraded Matrix system.
- Use it after launch to review your saved searches.
- Use it if you want to confirm whether any search criteria need to be updated.
Requirements
- A web browser
- Your BeachesMLS username and password
- BeachesMLS login link: BeachesMLS
Steps
1. Open your Dashboard
Go to www.myrealtordash.com
2. Sign in with your normal login
Enter your BeachesMLS login credentials and complete the sign-in process. DO NOT USE YOUR EMAIL.
3.Click on the New Matrix Tile
4. Open your saved searches
Click My Matrix, then select My Saved Searches.
5. Check for an asterisk
Review your saved searches and look for any search marked with an asterisk, such as *Broward Homes for the Smiths.
6. Update marked searches if needed
If a search has an asterisk, open it and review the criteria to confirm it still matches your intended search filters. Update any missing or changed criteria, then save the search.
7. Review field name changes if needed
If needed, review any updated field names or mapped fields and adjust the saved search criteria before saving.
Important
If none of your saved searches are marked with an asterisk, no action is needed.
Expected Result
You can log into the upgraded Matrix system, open your saved searches, and determine whether any search criteria need to be updated.
Troubleshooting
Problem: I cannot log in to the new Matrix system.
Cause: The login link may be incorrect, or your browser session may need to be refreshed.
Resolution: Go directly to myrealtordash.com and try again.
Problem: A saved search has an asterisk.
Cause: That search may contain criteria affected by updated field names or mapped fields.
Resolution: Open the search, review the criteria, and update any missing or changed fields before saving.
Problem: None of my saved searches have an asterisk.
Cause: Your searches do not require review.
Resolution: No action is needed.
Escalation
Contact MLS Support if you cannot access Matrix or if you need help reviewing or correcting a saved search.
