Steps
1. Open the new Add/Edit experience in Flexmls
Access the new Add/Edit tool from Flexmls when you are ready to create a new listing or update an existing one.
2. Enter the property address
Use the Google Address Search field to autofill and map the property address. After the address is entered, review the city, parcel number, area, geo area, and map location for accuracy.
3. Enter or update listing details
Complete the listing fields using the information for the property. The upgraded tool is designed to streamline data entry and support a more consistent workflow.
4. Review fields that appear based on your selections
The new system uses conditional logic, which means some fields may automatically appear or be skipped depending on the listing details you enter. This helps reduce manual entry and listing errors.
5. Review auto-populated information before activating the listing
Some information may auto-populate from the address or prior data. Review those details carefully and make corrections as needed before saving or activating the listing.
6. Upload photos and complete the listing
Add your listing photos and finish the remaining listing details. If you use the AI photo tools, review the results before finalizing the listing.
7. Register for the official Flexmls training webinar
Visit calendar.rworld.com and search Add/Edit. Look for the course Flexmls: The New Add/Edit Tool.
