What Is the Miami REALTORS® and RWorld Merger?
Miami REALTORS® and RWorld, also known as Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, have merged to form one unified regional REALTOR® association. This article explains what changed, what stays the same, and where members can go for help.
What Changed?
- Miami REALTORS® and RWorld are now part of one unified regional association.
- The combined organization is designed to expand member value, advocacy, services, education, and support.
- The merger is intended to create a more complete regional MLS data environment over time.
What Is Not Changing Right Now?
- Members may continue using their MLS of choice.
- Current MLS access remains available at this time.
- Member dues and MLS fees are not expected to increase at this time.
- Core member tools and services remain available.
Why Did the Merger Happen?
The merger is intended to reduce duplicated systems, improve regional MLS data consistency, strengthen advocacy, expand education, and provide members with broader access to products and services.
